KinKeeper and all related services are provided strictly on an “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, LIFE EASE SERVICES LLP expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and guarantees, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, non-infringement, reliability, or freedom from errors.

KinKeeper is not a hospital, doctor, nurse, ambulance operator, emergency response centre, medical device, pharmacy, diagnostic laboratory, insurance provider, or healthcare establishment.

The Platform does not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medication, monitor patients clinically, provide emergency intervention, or replace professional medical advice or treatment.

In any medical emergency, users must immediately contact the local emergency services or the nearest hospital without waiting for KinKeeper.

The KinKeeper AI Companion is designed solely as an assistive technology.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, misunderstandings, outdated information, or incorrect interpretations. Users must independently verify all AI-generated content before acting upon it.

No AI-generated output shall be construed as professional advice of any kind.

KinKeeper does not warrant that any SOS alert, reminder, notification, phone call, SMS, email, WhatsApp message, push notification, or wellbeing report will be generated, transmitted, delivered, received, viewed, or acted upon within any specific time, or at all.

Such functions depend upon third-party infrastructure, telecommunications networks, internet connectivity, device settings, battery availability, operating system permissions, cloud services, and other external factors beyond KinKeeper's control.

Doctors, caregivers, laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals, ambulance operators, home-care providers, wellness professionals, equipment suppliers, and all other service providers listed on or accessible through KinKeeper are independent third parties.

LIFE EASE SERVICES LLP does not supervise, employ, control, endorse, or guarantee their qualifications, conduct, pricing, availability, treatment decisions, products, response times, or outcomes.

Any contract for services exists solely between the user and the respective provider.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• all personal, medical, and emergency information is accurate and current;
• medicines are taken correctly;
• appointments are independently verified;
• emergency contacts remain reachable;
• devices remain charged and connected;
• internet access is maintained; and
• elderly persons receive appropriate supervision whenever required.

KinKeeper makes no promise or guarantee that use of the Platform will:

• improve physical or mental health;
• prevent medical emergencies;
• eliminate loneliness;
• detect illness;
• reduce hospitalisation;
• prevent accidents;
• extend life expectancy;
• improve family relationships; or
• achieve any particular outcome.

LIFE EASE SERVICES LLP shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, cyberattacks, hacking, power failures, internet outages, strikes, riots, war, terrorism, governmental action, cloud-service failures, or failures of telecommunications providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of LIFE EASE SERVICES LLP, KinKeeper, its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, consultants, technology providers, and agents for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by the user to KinKeeper during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall LIFE EASE SERVICES LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, special, or economic damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, business opportunity, data, reputation, emotional distress, medical expenses, personal injury, or death, except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LIFE EASE SERVICES LLP, KinKeeper, its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, licensors, and agents against all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, penalties, damages, costs, and legal expenses arising from:

• misuse of the Platform;
• violation of law;
• inaccurate information supplied by the user;
• disputes with third-party providers;
• unauthorised use of the user's account; or
• breach of the Terms & Conditions.

By clicking “I Agree,” creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use KinKeeper, the user confirms that this electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of this Disclaimer is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or relating to the Platform.

This Disclaimer shall be read together with the KinKeeper Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
