KinKeeper's AI features are intended solely to provide companionship, reminders, wellness information, and general support. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, legal advice, or safeguarding decisions and should never replace qualified healthcare professionals, caregivers, or emergency services.

Users must treat all individuals with dignity and respect. Any misuse of the Platform, including impersonation, abuse, exploitation, unlawful activity, or violation of this Policy, may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, investigation, and reporting to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.

While KinKeeper implements reasonable safeguards and security measures, no platform can eliminate every risk. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Child & Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy.
